@TrendSpider Another take: Hedgy decided it was time to start nibbling into a long $SPY position for the dead cat bounce. They collect $33M in premium & time value. If it expires worthless, no biggy: nice gain. Else: bought the shares at an effective discount to 3/27 spot price
