Shadow is a stray who was picked up after someone called Animal Control because he was wandering along a busy main road. He must have been confused and scared, trying to figure out where he belonged. 😔

This sweet boy is nervous but very gentle, and those BIG, adorable ears are impossible to miss! 🥹❤️ He had a little dirt on him when he came in, but underneath it all is a beautiful boy who deserves so much better than a shelter kennel.

Shadow didn't choose to be out on the streets. Now he's sitting in a shelter, hoping someone will choose him.

We shared Joley’s story last week, and while she received a few inquiries, we’re still searching for the right fospice home for this incredibly special little girl. 🥹🐾

Meet Joley #PM8718, a 15-pound Poodle mix with the gentlest soul. Rescued from a commercial breeding facility, Joley has endured more than her fair share - including lymphoma, heartworm disease, and a severe eye infection that required the removal of her left eye.

And yet, she remains incredibly sweet. ❤️ She may be fearful at first, but she’s learning that people can be kind, and she takes her medications like an absolute champ.

Now, Joley needs someone who will give to her: a quiet home, a cozy bed, a loving hand, and the patience to let her feel safe.

🏡 Joley is looking for a fospice family who can provide:
🐾 A calm, loving environment
🐾 Medications every 8 hours and ongoing medical care (covered through our Foster Care program at our Pet Health Centers in Port Washington, NY)

Patrick is only 8 months old, and right now the world still feels a little scary to him.

This sweet German Shepherd just needs a patient home where he can finally exhale, feel safe, and learn how good puppy life can be. He’s already done well with friendly female dogs, and once he settles in, there’s every reason to believe that goofy, playful puppy side will start shining through.

Patrick is available through Friends of Wake County Animal Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

She is currently at Firehouse Veterinary Clinic where the amazing team are doing everything they can for her. My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue are now taking her into our care because Lily deserves a second chance.❤️💔❤️💔
