@TheEricBland He wasn’t convicted by a jury, he opted for a judge. The drug dealer shouldn’t have been fleeing, and if he was wearing a helmet which is a requirement by law he would have survived. I wouldn’t want to work one day for NYPD and this is just another deterrent for the agency.
