Now let's take a look at the NEET-2024 results. 23.3 lakh students wrote the exam held on Sunday, 5th May. The official date declared for results was 14-June, but they quietly released the results on 4th June, when the Lok Sabha results came. While nation and media was discussing results, children were shocked to see the results and were doing massive online complaints against the results. What is wrong with the rank list? Let's learn.

If you take a look at this results publised by NTA, one difference you'll notice from 2023 results is the omission of marks.

Shockingly this time 67 children score 720/720, when the question paper was having the same difficulty level as last year according to students. Children have reverse computed the marks and found that there were marks given like 719, 718, etc. which is theoretically impossible to achieve as we've seen above. (4/n)

!! हार्ट अटैक(Heart Attack) !!

भारत में 3000 साल पहले एक बहुत बड़े ऋषि हुये थे। नाम था महाऋषि वागवट जी उन्होंने एक पुस्तक लिखी, जिसका नाम है, अष्टांग हृदयम Astang hrudayam।

इस पुस्तक में उन्होंने बीमारियों को ठीक करने के लिए 7000 सूत्र लिखें थे। यह उनमें से ही एक सू��्र है।

वागवट जी लिखते हैं कि कभी भी हृदय को घात हो रहा है मतलब दिल की नलियों मे blockage होना शुरू हो रहा है तो इसका मतलब है कि रक्त blood में acidity अम्लता बढ़ी हुई है अम्लता आप समझते हैं, जिसको अँग्रेजी में कहते हैं acidity।

अम्लता दो तरह की होती है एक होती है पेट की अम्लता और एक होती है रक्त blood की अम्लता आपके पेट में अम्लता जब बढ़ती है तो आप कहेंगे पेट में जलन सी हो रही है, खट्टी खट्टी डकार आ रही हैं,

मुंह से पानी निकल रहा है और अगर ये अम्लता acidity और बढ़ जाये तो hyperacidity होगी और यही पेट की अम्लता बढ़ते-बढ़ते जब रक्त में आती है तो रक्त अम्लता blood acidity होती है और जब blood में acidity बढ़ती है तो ये अम्लीय रक्त blood दिल की नलियों में से निकल नहीं पाती और नलियों में blockage कर देता है तभी heart attack होता है इसके बिना heart attack नहीं होता और ये आयुर्वेद का सबसे बढ़ा सच है जिसको कोई डाक्टर आपको बताता नहीं क्योंकि इसका इलाज सबसे सरल है !

इलाज क्या है ?

वागवट जी लिखते हैं कि जब रक्त (blood) में अम्लता (acidity) बढ़ गई है तो आप ऐसी चीजों का उपयोग करो जो क्षारीय हैं आप जानते हैं दो तरह की चीजें होती हैं अम्लीय और क्षारीय ! acidic and alkaline अब अम्ल और क्षार को मिला दो तो क्या होता है ?
acid and alkaline को मिला दो तो क्या होता है ?…. neutral होता है सब जानते हैं तो वागवट जी लिखते हैं कि रक्त की अम्लता बढ़ी हुई है तो क्षारीय (alkaline) चीजें खाओ !

तो रक्त की अम्लता (acidity) neutral हो जाएगी ! और रक्त में अम्लता neutral हो गई ! तो heart attack की जिंदगी मे कभी संभावना ही नहीं !

ये है सारी कहानी ! अब आप पूछेंगे कि ऐसी कौन सी चीजें हैं जो क्षारीय हैं और हम खायें ?

आपके रसोई घर में ऐसी बहुत सी चीजें है जो क्षारीय हैं जिन्हें आप खायें तो कभी heart attack न आए और अगर आ गया है तो दु��ारा न आए यह हम सब जानते हैं कि सबसे ज्यादा क्षारीय चीज क्या हैं?
यह चीज सब घर मे आसानी से उपलब्ध रहती हैं,

तो वह है लौकी जिसे दुधी भी कहते लौकी जिसे दुधी भी कहते हैं English में इसे कहते हैं bottle gourd जिसे आप सब्जी के रूप में खाते हैं ! इससे ज्यादा कोई क्षारीय चीज ही नहीं है ! तो आप रोज लौकी का रस निकाल-निकाल कर पियो या कच्ची लौकी खायो ।

वागवट जी कहते हैं रक्त की अम्लता कम करने की सबसे ज्यादा ताकत लौकी में ही ���ै तो आप लौकी के रस का सेवन करें, कितना सेवन करें ? रोज 200 से 300 मिलीग्राम पियो कब पिये ?

सुबह खाली पेट (toilet जाने के बाद ) पी सकते हैं या नाश्ते के आधे घंटे के बाद पी सकते हैं इस लौकी के रस को आप और ज्यादा क्षारीय बना सकते हैं इसमें 7 से 10 पत्ते तुलसी के डाल लो तुलसी बहुत क्षारीय है इसके साथ आप पुदीने के 7 से 10 पत्ते मिला सकते हैं पुदीना भी बहुत क्षारीय है इसके साथ आप काला नमक या सेंधा नमक जरूर डाले ये भी बहुत क्षारीय है ।

लेकिन याद रखें नमक काला या सेंधा ही डाले व��� दूसरा आयोडीन युक्त नमक कभी न डाले ये आओडीन युक्त नमक अम्लीय है तो आप इस लौकी के जूस का सेवन जरूर करें 2 से 3 महीने की अवधि में आपकी सारी heart की blockage को ठीक कर देगा।

21 वें दिन ही आपको बहुत ज्यादा असर दिखना शुरू हो जाएगा कोई आपरेशन की आपको जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी घर में ही हमारे भारत के आयुर्वेद से इसका इलाज हो जाएगा और आपका अनमोल शरीर और लाखों रुपए आपरेशन के बच जाएँगे।
