#GEMS (2024): Total trustee remuneration R14.821 million (for 12 trustees; average ~R1.235 million per trustee, though top earners like Chairperson Dr N Tutu at R2.060 million). This was up 5.7% from R14.025 million in 2023. Daily fees: R21,486 (standard), R32,289 (chairpersons).
