@himantabiswa People always tell us, government doctor hoi, poisa tu pai ase, whenever any patient party misbehaves with us they think we are getting paid enough to tolerate misbehavior even. But who will understand us sir ? That we are not even getting our salary. Very disheartening.

Respected sir/madam the salary of all other NHM staffs has been increased whereas we the One Year CRP MO's are still getting 35k per month from last many years which is much lower than MO, MBBS contractual under NHM and M&HO 1
