@taylorswift13 My best friend’s dad just passed away from a fast battle with cancer. We’re seeing you in Philly on 05/14, if there’s anything you can do, it would mean the world! She’s the best person I know and deserves it. I wouldn’t be here without her💗💗🙏🏼🤞🏼

Worst ticket experience ever. And I’ve had a lot @Ticketmaster @taylorswift13 Spent 8 hours yesterday and 3 today just to keep getting kicked out and restarting or having no seats available. And I was supposed to have preferred access? #TicketmasterFail
