Development work across all districts continues even during nighttime to ensure minimal disruption to citizens.

In the past, even a few projects would face years of delay. Today, mega projects in every city are progressing rapidly towards completion.

Under the Punjab Development Program, WASA agencies are executing the following projects across 15 districts with a total investment of PKR 204 billion:

✔️ 2,265 kilometers of sewerage lines
✔️ 189 kilometers of storm water drains
✔️ 27 new disposal stations
✔️ Rehabilitation of 59 disposal stations
✔️ 9 underground water storage tanks
✔️ 752 kilometers of road rehabilitation
✔️ 33 million square feet of tuff tiles and PCC

Additionally, in the first phase, more than 967 units of modern machinery and equipment are being provided.

With effective planning, we will, Insha’Allah, eliminate urban flooding in Punjab.
