Israeli Forces Open Fire on Stopped Car, Killing 7-Month-Old BABY

The family was driving from Bethlehem to visit relatives when soldiers fired on their vehicle in Tel Rumeida. A bullet struck infant Sam Fahd Abu Haikal in the jaw, exited the other side of his body, and went on to wound his mother. His father was hit too.

The grandmother says the car was at a COMPLETE STOP, roughly ten meters from the soldier, when the shooting started. She insists the family did nothing, and cannot say why fire was opened on them.

The Palestinian health ministry confirmed the baby died. There is NO JUSTIFICATION for this

Israeli forces shot and critically wounded a seven-month-old infant in the head after opening fire on his family’s vehicle as it was passing through the Wadi al-Hariya area of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

Hamas has urged the UN to blacklist Israel for violations against Palestinian children, citing killings, injuries, displacement, detention, and deprivation of basic rights.

Marking the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, the movement said more than 21,000 children have been killed and 44,000 injured during the Israel's war in the Gaza Strip, while thousands have been orphaned or displaced.

It also called for urgent international action to protect Palestinian children and increase humanitarian assistance.
