A great season with @RealNephillium in the Val Premier Launch, finishing 7th in our division and 1st in the playoffs🥳
With 51 scrims, highs&lows, & 3 months of practice, it was super fun and worth every second to grow and learn so much as part of a team. Thanks for everything🎉
i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a rolex or a lamborghini.
i want to be rich so i can control my time and go to the gym at 3pm on a monday.
sit at a cafe and relax for an hour on a rainy afternoon.
so i can cook meals at home with fresh ingredients.
spend on my family and friends without worrying about a budget.
that's my idea of a rich life, not the fake consumerist idea shoved down my throat.
Forbes on Danielle's removal from NewJeans:
"The outcome reflects the complexity of artist-agency relationships in K-pop, where contracts signed by teenagers remain binding for years, and where courts have consistently upheld these agreements even when trust between parties has broken down.
The dispute has also highlighted the limited labor protections available to K-pop idols under current Korean law."
The fact that these girls WANTED their contracts terminated from the very start and HYBE fought with them for over a year to validate said contracts just to then end up terminating one member’s out of the blue? This industry is so fucking corrupt
1. HYBE blocked NewJeans' #Grammy submissions despite a legitimate chance of success.
2. "Discard "New" and create a new group" – HYBE Report 2023.
3. Blocked NewJeans from winning the 2022 MAMA Awards.
4. HYBE Chairman Bang Shi-Hyuk expressing frustration over the success of Ditto.
5. HYBE staff publicly mocking NewJeans across online platforms.
6. Staff actively discouraging other artists from interacting with NewJeans.
And yet, some still claim HYBE "cared" for NewJeans? These girls, when the youngest was 14 years old, endured active suppression and internal hostility from the very people entrusted with their development. This isn't mere mismanagement, it's a deliberate, systemic sabotage driven by egotistical men. HYBE's hostility toward NewJeans was evident from the very beginning, whether people are willing to acknowledge it or not. One or two incidents might be dismissed as coincidence, but a consistent pattern of targeting young girls as if they were a threat is intentional and reveals something far more disturbing.
This always traces back to Bang Shi-Hyuk.
NewJeans was not his creation, and that reality appears to have provoked resentment rather than pride. Consumed by a desire for control and recognition, he was willing to undermine the futures of young girls, attempting to replicate them solely to reclaim ownership and credit.
It's disturbing, disheartening and sickening.
HYBE allegedly blocked 'NewJeans' from submitting for the Grammy Award for 'Best New Artist'.
Even 'Rolling Stone' predicted they would have been strong contenders if they had submitted.

major cheat code in life: be the one who reaches out. text first. call first. plan first. initialize first. most people wait to be chosen. be the chooser. connection requires initiative. friendship requires effort. love requires action. stop waiting to be picked. start picking. initiative is attractive.
Drinking coffee to keep you awake after 12 cancels out all longevity benefits
Coffee drinkers live longer, but only if you drink it in the morning
Morning-only drinkers:
+ 16% lower risk of death
+ 31% lower risk of cardiovascular death
Compared to non coffee-drinkers
If you drink coffee all day there’s no clear benefit.
This is according to a study of 40,725 US adults with a ~10 year follow-up.
Why timing matters: the half-life of caffeine in blood is ~5–6 hrs.
A 3 pm cup leaves you with the equivalent of half a cup in your system at 9 pm.
Some are genetically slow metabolizers. Factors like pregnancy, oral contraceptives, and other drugs can extend caffeine half-life to 8–10 hrs.
When coffee doesn’t overlap with sleep, it may support longevity by:
+ Boosting metabolic rate (calorie-restriction mimetic)
+ Inducing autophagy (esp. during fasting)
+ Improving vascular function & blood flow
+ Anti-inflammatory & neuroprotective effects
This is due to the caffeine + polyphenols (chlorogenic and caffeic acids).
TLDR: if you drink coffee, do it 10-12 hours before your bed time
