I love that a Black woman is responsible for this. ๐
Shout out to @RepBeatty for filing the lawsuit to get Trumpโs name removed from the Kennedy Center
Remembering the Tulsa Race Massacre.
On May 31 to June 1st, 1921, Black residents of Tulsa were brutally attacked by white residents - their homes, businesses, churches, schools and municipal buildings over a 40 square block area were destroyed. Dozens of Black Americans were killed, hundreds injured with the white community even being given weapons by city officials to attack the black community. The event was one of the single worst racial attacks in American history.
We must continue to fight against all forms of racism.
@briebriejoy How about you apologize for your endless false equivalencies and Donald Trump downplaying that helped play a part (however small) in him winning the presidency?
@bennbuilds@BrendanCarrFCC@FCC Isn't Brendan Carr terrified of Donald Trump. Grown man can't stand up for himself and lets Trump tell him how to run his news organization. Fucking pathetic
@abra55513382@4Cobey This comment doesn't make sense. Black people are both condemning the killer and lamenting the deaths of those poor children. You wanna try again?
@superzach56@CryMoreLibi@TheDemocrats People like YOU are the reason why we're in this predicament. EVERYTHING is affected by politics. The apolitical, both-sides approach to everyday problems is fucking outdated. Get educated on civics, find out who represents your interests and vote in every election you can.
