To improve nutritional status, encourage education and learning, increase enrolments in schools and promote overall growth of children, PM Shri @narendramodi ji has approved the PM POshan SHAkti Nirman scheme for the next 5 years with a collective outlay of ₹ 1,31,000 crore.

ପିଏମ ପୋଷଣ ଶକ୍ତି ନିର୍ମାଣ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ବାଲବାଟିକା ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ସହ ଦେଶର ସରକାରୀ ଏବଂ ସରକାର ଅନୁଦାନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ସ୍କୁଲ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ଣ ଭୋଜନ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଦେଶର 11.20 ଲକ୍ଷ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ୁଥିବା 11.80 କୋଟି ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ ।

#PMPOSHAN ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ଖାଦ୍ୟାନ୍ନର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ସହ 99,061.73 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ବହନ କରିବେ । ତିଥି ଭୋଜନ, ସୋସିଆଲ ଅଡ଼ିଟ, ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ପୃଷ୍ଟିକର ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ଭଳି ଅନେକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ସଠିକ୍ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରିତାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ଓ ପାଠପଢ଼ା ଏବଂ ପୋଷଣକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗତି ଦେବ ।

ପୋଷଣର ବିକାଶ, ଶିକ୍ଷା ତଥା ପାଠପଢ଼ାକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ, ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ନାମଲେଖା ବୃଦ୍ଧି, ପିଲାଙ୍କ ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ବିକାଶକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ @narendramodi ଜୀ ଆଗାମୀ 5 ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ 1,31,000 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦରେ  ପିଏମ ପୋଷଣ ଶକ୍ତି ନିର୍ମାଣ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

The #Cabinet led by PM @narendramodi today also approved the continuation of the National Export Insurance Account scheme and infusion of ₹1,650 crore grant-in-aid over 5 years. This will support exports worth crores, strengthen #MakeIndia and give impetus to economic growth.

Cabinet approval for infusion of ₹4,400 crore in Export Credit Guarantee Corporation Ltd. over 5 years and approval for listing of ECGC on stock exchange through IPO will give a big thrust to exports, encourage #LocalGoesGlobal, create jobs & give fillip to Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

Books like these are useful and timely interventions in understanding causes of elephant depredation, reducing the impact of conflicts between humans & animals and in saving precious human and animal lives. My best compliments to Shri Chaddha for the success of his book.

Also, took the opportunity to share several experiences of human-elephant conflicts from my home state of Odisha, including the recent tragedy where we unfortunately lost the elephant as well as an innocent life.

Together with Shri @byadavbjp ji & Shri @AshwiniKChoubey ji released the book ‘Jumbos on the Edge’, a book on elephant conservation by Shri Sanjeev Chadha, MD @nafedindia. I am confident the book will throw light on long-term solutions on mitigating human-elephant conflicts.
