It’s a shame that a hard working person making over minimum wage can’t afford a $700/ month rent...heard this from a friend after watching inequality for all and I’m floored at how much people need to work just to make ends meet despite having seemingly good paying jobs. #CSUSMSW

👑 @AOC brilliantly summarized two important ways to fix the pay gap:
1. No asking for salary history.
2. Allow salary info to be shared at work.
And for Silicon Valley folks: make sure you audit equity as well.
