@TNLUK I spoke to my bank and the money is not with them anymore, it’s with you. How do you adjust and credit money to my lottery account that hasn’t reached you? And on the flip side, how will you return money to my bank you say you haven’t received but they say is transferred to you?

And your webchat isn’t working. It ends the chat when it tries to put you through to an agent. So please stop telling people to use it til it’s fixed!

@haringeycouncil How can I actually get to speak to a person about changing names on a council tax bill? Called 5 times during working hours today and each time, after four minutes of messages and menus, it just says we can’t talk to you right now, try again and you disconnect!😡
