خوزه مانوئل آلبارس، وزیر امور خارجه اسپانیا، با انتشار ویدیویی در حساب اکس خود از کنفرانس «به صدای ما گوش دهید»، نوشت: «زنان افغان تنها نیستند، اسپ��نیا در کنار آنها است.»
او افزود وضعیت افغانستان را به دادستان بین‌المللی لاهه گزارش داده‌ و می‌کوشد که در همه حال صدای زنان افغان شنیده شود.
کنفرانس «به صدای ما گوش دهید»، روز جمعه، ۲۳ قوس در وزارت خارجه اسپانیا برگزار شد و ده‌ها نفر از فعالان حقوق زنان افغان و نمایندگان کشورهای مختلف در آن حضور داشتند.
