Extremely unprofessional @airindia, no communication about flight cancelation, no option to reschedule, unresponsive customer care. Had to book expensive last minute ticket. Such airline should not operate in India @Ministry_CA
@airindia Yes,@airindia has responded with no explanation about why flight cancellation and alternative flight arrangements information were not given to the passenger. @airindia is bound to give a full refund as per law, so no unique efforts there either.
