@zomato absolutely pathetic service for Gold Members, including very bad customer service and attitude. My order was delayed twice in 24 hours and no compensation. I would strongly advise against anyone using Zomato or any of its services at all.

@zomato I am GoldMember and I want to share a sick experience. I paid for an item that was not delivered and when accepted by Zomato, they offered a coupon (of a lesser amount that I paid for the item) SICK!!! And top it all - AI talks to me and not a human even in this situation
