My issue is pending with the Principal Nodal Officer of the Axis Bank for 3 weeks now. It is not "Dil Se Open".
Something similar happened in case of my previous issue. It had taken more than a month, ever after raising with the MD & CEO of Axis Bank.
@AxisBankSupport I am surprised. The Principal Nodal Officer @Axis Bank does not resolve a simple complaint / query in 3 weeks and the senior management team @Axis Bank responds without understanding the issue. The branch is dependent on the back office to respond.
Kindly resolve asap please.
