Also the lady is saying i can only connect to executive on call if my sim card is postpaid. Why would @Airtel elindia discriminate with prepaid and postpaid customers. They are just selling their scheme by misguiding their customers. I need call from your executive to get clarity

@airtelindia i have been misguided by your koparkhairne service centre executive. My sim card is on my fathers name and wanted to change the ownership on my name. Agent told me to port this you will have to change the SIM card from pre to postpaid.

They are saying the request is accepted and we can only cancel in 4-5 hrs once request is sent. I have tried multiple times and ways to contact any of your executives by raising requests on app, calls but such a pathetic service that im unable to connect with any executive

@NMMConline there's no water supply in Ghansoli since past 6 days. I don't know what's going on, wrt to this we are unable to do our household chores or even take showers. We just get water for 10-15 mins in a day. How it's possible in such little water&time we do all the work
