I have contacted GTBank more than 10 times, and yet no solution.This issue have been escalated so many times by the GTBank customer service representative, and till date they keep telling me we are working on it for more than a month now. Wow!!!

Honestly! I am very disappointed

A complaint about a Declined transaction which I was debited for, around first week of January is still yet to be resolved today.
