I don't think he wouldve lost muscle at all. He could have gained the same amount of muscle and less fat with better training/nutrition but maybe, like you said, he wanted the extra fat.

Your cardio would be much better. Plus I really doubt the little extra fat will help much against a much bigger guy. Gane looked depleted at 247.5. Jon looked full.

Fat doesn't need oxygen but it's heavy. Your muscles need more oxygen to do more work to move that fat around.

If he cut the fat he would be in better fighting shape plain and simple. He would have better cardio (this could go 5 rounds).

I am also in the trades and sadly where I am from you would not be treated with the same respect nor would the union offer you the types of jobs other ELEs get. It's still very much a "boys club" so to speak where I'm from.

@Blue91Red @DrEliDavid In my part we used to get ice on the ponds for months and quite a bit of snow. This year we got mostly rain all winter and the pond froze over for barely a week and a half.

I think a lot of people just don't want to believe it. It's easier to live your life in ignorance/bliss.

Local pond barely fully froze over for a week. More rain than snow.

When I grew up, it would freeze for multiple months every year. Can't recall the last year we even got two months of ice.

Like, she finds out he's married and he just lies and says "no babe I was married but my wife died". Figuring that way he keeps his side piece until he leaves his family.

@rabiasquared @BrianFrosh I remember reading about Adnan denying that plea and feeling gutted that he wouldn't be out but the same time filled with admiration over the sort of character and strength that it shows to stay in prison after so many years rather than lie about being guilty just to be free.

Estimates I see suggest cows eat 18kg of plant matter daily, by your math it's an estimated 990,000 - 4 million animal deaths per cow per day. Yikes... All for your beef.

@vegan_logic @deane_ag @ElwoodDogMeat You'd need to double the spices he mentioned to further obscure the taste. Also I'd swap the man rub with Alpha predator rub. It's a basic mix of deer urine and ox blood that works as a spice or to cloak your natural scent in the grocery aisles while stalking your shelved prey.
