I really don’t think I’ll ever be able to forgive my university lecturers for the experience I had at university. It was so bad I contemplated not practicing OT at all and didn’t for 4 years after I quailed. Horrendous experience.
It makes me sad that we are seeing racism within our profession. This needs to change we are trained to value the importance of people cultures and individuality. We need to start this at a recruitment/ student level. @ElizabethCasso1#rcot#rcotcasson
