@TravelodgeUK I need help with what bus I am getting to hotel. Online it states stop 9 Gatwick south terminal, I called to ask for bus number & they are saying stop 8 - I got them to clarify this several times too. Please help - Gatwick Central Travelodge.
@Timberland When are you going to respond appropriately to my complaint raised on 20/12/22. Your email team are awful & their replies ignore every mention of my complaint & just address the non complaint side of things!

@Rituals I made an order that was meant to be delivered Monday, it never showed. I re arranged for Wednesday, it never showed again. Can you sort this out please & stop people calling me dear & have a beautiful day on your facebook messenger, it is seriously irritating!
@ballymore Can you please tell me why I pay a service charge to have my windows cleaned quarterly, when they were last cleaned in June 2020!!! Do you seriously think this is acceptable?

@swooneditions 3 weeks after our faulty cabinet was collected and still not received a full refund. Disgraceful. You have until Friday to have this in our account, or the complaint is going to the Retail Ombudsman. You best check your emails!
@swooneditions The length of time this has taken, we finally received confirmation that we can swap the faulty item (4 in stock). But no, today we received an email to say they have all sold out & don't plan on making anymore. Absolute shambles of a company DO NOT USE!
@HabitatUK @Hermesparcels Thanks Tracey. We have contacted you by phone & is all sorted. My tweet was more at how rubbish Hermes are. The box arrived in a awful state (dents & holes). We did feed this back on the phone. If you would still like the order No, please let me know. Shame so many were smashed.
@Hermesparcels @HabitatUK Thanks for the delivery, all these items arrived smashed. Why people use Hermes amazes me, they are awful. Not the first issue we have had with them. Habitat you are losing a lot of money here, change to another provider.
@TfL Just want to say thanks to the bus driver at Leamouth Orchard Place (D4). I was out on my lunch run around 13:10 & slipped on some gravel, the driver either saw this or saw me limping with blood gushing out my knee - he stopped & asked if I wanted a lift π please pass on!
