But many of us got $500–$1000 and still can’t claim due to MoonPay server issues. We finished KYC within 1–2 hours and claim was paused,It's not our fault.

We’ve now completed MoonPay verification and are just waiting for our allocation to Claimable.

@moonpay This was not our fault. The pending claims should have been reopened. After waiting all night and facing the rush, it still ended in complete failure.

Big shout-out to @moonpay,
but I’m truly disappointed.

Many of us submitted valid claims, yet couldn’t claim the USDC drops because MoonPay’s servers failed during KYC. After the issue was fixed and we completed verification, the claim option was already paused.

@moonpay That’s unfair, bro. People who got the drop but can’t claim due to MoonPay issues are screwed. Unclaimed ones should be prioritized. verification problems made the drop disappear. Totally unfair.
