The bedlam you are seeing today, is because of decades of neglect to strengthen primary and secondary medical care and supply chains. There is no point of making all these AIIMS, when oxygen cannot be provided. All we need is good civil hospitals with adequate facilities!!

@drpavithranp @ddatta16 @AIPCMA This is because medicos feel why waste years on MBBS + MD PRECLINICAL degree while NON medicos are eligible in just 2 years MSc for medical colleges which is a big travesty of justice. NEET PG and UG will be wasted if one has to compete with non qualifiers.

Well practised in J&K and ignored by authorities. Apparently part time unrecognised PhD is given precedence over a full time professional eligible MD for appointments.
