The wins, the $0 months, the late nights. Transparency builds trust. My follower count is small but the right people are watching.
4. Offer insane value first.
Free 30-min calls, quick audits, referral commissions (7-15%). People remember who helped them.
Now taking 2 new projects — MVPs, custom software, or on-demand teams.
