@EvonneTCurran Where other risk control measures cannot adequately mitigate the risk, HEALTH AND SAFETY LAW REQUIRES RESPIRATORS TO PROTECT AGAINST ALL INHALABLE HAZARDS TO HEALTH - COSHH Reg 7(9).

For close-contact care of infectious patients, no other risk-control measures are practicable.

I’m very pleased to see them explicitly stating in this latest update that:
