SBM Bank Kenya and Safer Power Group enter a Sh2.2 billion (USD17 million) financing partnership to support the construction of a green energy manufacturing workshop and factory. The funding will expand local production of switchboards, control panels, distribution boards and battery racks, reducing reliance on imports and supporting the creation of specialised technical jobs.
