I go with the chart indicators it breaks it I go the other direction it breaks it, It makes no fucking sense whatsoever

No matter which direction I am in it just instantaneously goes the other way I do never see green at all

I go long and his -55 within minutes, I go short and it becomes -55 within minutes. And then go long and it becomes minus 55 within minutes. If I buy more it goes redder if I sell more it goes render no matter what I do red

If every time I even paper trade long falls down or short it runs up, maybe I should execute in the opposite direction and finally make some gains? Or will they just both become losers! What the actual fuck? I don't fucking get it It doesn't make sense
