@Olacabs After booking a ride, the driver directly demanded ₹300 in cash, which is a clear violation of Ola’s policies. Because of this misconduct, I was forced to cancel the ride and I explicitly selected the same reason while cancelling.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. In my recent order, main item roti was missing, which completely ruined meal. As order is placed through your platform, responsibility for complete and correct delivery lies solely with Zomato.

What makes this worse is your team’s careless response claiming “it is not our fault.” This attitude is both unprofessional and shameful, as customers trust Zomato to ensure proper service.
