ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਅਪਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। 27 ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤ��ਂ ਗੈਰਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੇ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਰੂਲਜ਼ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਕਿਉਂ?

ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਕੋਈ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਯਾਦ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਰਗ ਨਹੀਂ। ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਣਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਦੇਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨੇ ਸਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਕਿਉਂ ਲਟਕਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ?

ਜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ, ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ?

ਲੰਬਿਤ ਡੀਏ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢੋ। ਧਮਕੀਆਂ, ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ ’ਤੇ ਆਓ।

ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ—ਉਸਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ!

ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ @AroraAmanSunam ਜੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਏ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 17-07-2020 ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਉਦੋਂ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਮਾਰੂ ਪੱਤਰ ਰੱਦ ਕਿਓਂ ਨਹੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ.?
