My vehicle has broken down due to tyre getting cut and I am not able to drive my vehicle. I had raised a request. The concerned person called me and told me that towing vehicle can be arranged but the service center would be 84kms away.

The call center number given to me is also not working. 0803311 3311

If this is not resolved today, I will have no option but to take it to higher authorities.
Your call center always closes the request without resolution. This is really bad. Service from Ola.
Really fed up.

Raising request through your app as well as your call center is useless
They just repeat same lines with no resolution.
Kindly get my issue resolved ASAP.
Also closing ticket without resolution is definately not professional.

@dhivyamahuja @bhash @narendramodi While scaling up EV is important..after sales service is much more important. And by experience OLA EV service post sales is pathetic.
Need to seriously improve the way they operate, respond and resolve issues at much faster pace

The scooters does not work many times. I have faced nearly twice where scooter is in service center for 1 month...

Based on your push for evaluation vehicles, I brought Ola instead of normal petrol scooter. Last time it was with service center for nearly 1 month while this time it has been nearly 12 days.
With such service, I will never buy ev now going ahead

The request for towing my vehicle has been cancelled . I am not sure why.

Please get my vehicle moved to service center immediately. It has been 4 days that my scooter is not working
