Last month am visit near by vivo service centre am facing issue In my vivo phone fast charging disconnect again and again in one month am visit 3 times same problems but am not satisfy again am facing issues

This product not delivered to me delivery boy call me 14 aug but am not available 14th August. I told the delivery boy to I'm not available today please come tomorrow and suddenly it's showing delivered in dashboard but I don't receive yet
