Logs show:
ProviderHeaderTimeoutError: Provider response headers timed out after 300000ms
I have not confirmed whether this is connection pooling, transport handling, or upstream behavior.
The next step is isolating where the second request stops progressing.
Found an OpenCode concurrency issue. @opencode
Two independent processes work concurrently with the same model.
But two sessions through:
opencode serve --port 4096
can cause one stream to hang and end with ProviderHeaderTimeoutError: ... 300000ms
Read threads below:
The key comparison:
Two independent OpenCode processes using the same model work concurrently.
Two sessions through the same opencode serve instance can reproduce the timeout.
So the failure appears tied to the shared server path, not a general model outage.

There is no signboard with speed limit restrictions placed along both sides of the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd flyover. However, challans are being issued against allegations of over speeding, with a fine of โน2,000 for four wheelers, speed limit should be updated on GMaps
