@mcuban My Dr told me to get a CAT scan, hospital asked for authorization from insurance for $5K, was denied. Hospital called me and said UnitedHealth denied request, but then told be I can still get the scan if I pay $100. If thats the case why not bill UnitedHealth $100 instead of $5K?
