The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

बहुत सोचा aur इस नतीजे पर पहुँचा कि हमने ही ये हालात पैदा किए हैं । हम जाने अनजाने customer सर्विस के नाम पर customer accommodate करने लगे aur उसकी हर वाजिब - ग़ैरवाजिब रेक्वेस्ट्स को पूरा करने लगे । जिसका नतीजा ये निकला कि कस्टमर हमारी ही खोपड़ी में नाचने लगा।

कभी कोई आदमी स्टेशन मास्टर ke paas नहीं रोया होगा कि मेरा बाप मर रहा है ट्रेन जल्दी बुलवा दो।
पता नहीं वही इंसान बैंक में आते ही बारात में रूठे hue फूफा की तरह क्यूँ बिहेव करने लगता है ?

We have no social life ,only fullfill the targets through out the year.
But not getting output fruitfully.

Walk more or Take public transport. Don't eat out.. Eat less meat, seafood and fast-food. Keep to only one diet per day if possible.

Yesterday I was talking to my doctor & after knowing my occupation and job structure he advised - You must exercise more. Don't buy cold drinks from stalls. Beer and whiskey better to avoid completely. Drink more plain water. Don't drive or take taxi when going out.

While bank employee are backbone of society economy why are they neglected at the time of salary revision. No fixed working hours no time for family no time for self still salaries are less than government employees . Bankers want justice
