Booked a ticket to Kochi for 4 Dec from Bengaluru to attend an important Govt Meeting. Reached Airport by 5:00 PM as flight was being shown on time. But even after spending 16 hours in Airport, flight didn’t take off. 1/2

I had to cancel the ticket at 10:00 AM on 5 Dec to get out of the Airport spending whole night in Airport without Food / Hotel from Indigo causing physical & mental trouble. Compensation still not given as mandated by MoCA for this extraordinary delay in flight.
