@NVanRenne@saeyslab@MartinGuilliams@eLife@YvanSaeys@NVanRenne We excluded CARD because it required x,y coordinates of the spots to calculate spatial correlation, which our simulated data did not have. I would recommend checking whether cell2location's predictions agree with CARD's.
