Couldn't have been said better. The first institution that the Constitution 2010 established and fixed before any other was the Judiciary: JSC, Supreme Court, Chief Justice. It was hoped that by fixing the Judiciary branch of the Government first,you will a solid bedrock for proper establishment and effective working of the others.
So when this bedrock is no longer solid, you must fixed it! This is where you start to rescue our country
