@DBeall6@JosephKrakora the de-humanization of any group is ignorance in it's purist form. deluding yourself to belief that the left differs from the right in such a capacity is unrelatable.
@fakehistoryhunt Our obsession with preserving its remains is a societal cope, a refusal to acknowledge that culture itself decays under late capitalism. We keep its corpse alive through objects and images, maintaining the illusion that it still lives, and therefore, culture itself can still live
@fakehistoryhunt Baudrillard was right. Museums under late-stage capitalism do not preserve culture; they commodify it. The very desire to preserve culture as an object reveals that its living essence has already died.
@RebelNewsOnline The Boycotters will either suffer with at home coffee, or go to Mcdonalds(American). (RBI) is a multinational company, they have no canadian identity interest beyond profit. Instead of boycotting a industrial super-power you should just be advertising second cup and Coffee time.
@RebelNewsOnline What I don't understand is, where are they suppose to work when they are here? I feel as if the problem lies deeper. Also boycotting a company that sells addictive products is impossible, there are not enough true Canadian coffee companies to replace the caffeine need.
@goodcharls Charls do you have a substack ? Or are there any written works on your Gumroad ? I seemingly remember a viewer asking you if you were writing a book and you alluded to working on something in the background, I’m very interested.
