I've always considered Legend a classic.
It's one of the most unique fantasy films I've ever seen—less like a movie and more like a dark fairy tale brought to life.
I recently caught it again @MahoningDIT during a Ridley Scott double feature, and it reminded me just how visually striking it still is.
Inspired by that screening, I created this tribute poster and leaned into an extra 80s aesthetic.

I've always been moved by the work of Gustave Doré.
There’s something about his engravings—the scale, the drama, the sense of the divine breaking into the ordinary world—that has stayed with me since I first encountered them.
This piece was inspired by the scene at Christ's baptism when "the Spirit of God descended like a dove" (Matthew 3:16).
I wanted to imagine that moment through the lens of Doré's visual language: radiant, overwhelming, and filled with awe.

I've always been captivated by the Snow Queen.
There's a strange melancholy to the character—a sense that she exists somewhere between beauty and loneliness, wonder and danger.
My attempt to reimagine Andersen's Snow Queen as an ancient, otherworldly queen of winter.

biblical angels look completely nonsensical because a human 3 dimensional brain is trying to interpret a higher 6 dimensional being.
much like rendering errors in video games, the mind breaks when faced with an entity at this level of consciousness and interprets it as seen here
