Slowly getting my grip strength better- a few of the moves in this video I couldn’t do during our last session at this gym😄
@BlueSamuraiZero I still keep this mentality even at a high level of training. There’s no true reason for me to test my one rep max either. I find 2 rep maxes to be a more consistent measurement of your ability as success and failure isn’t teetering QUITE as much on that single reps execution
