Why my sim is blocked and asking re kyc
4 month before i already completed kyc.
Then again ask re kyc and all services suspended.

Even i submitted the re kyc but not success.

After adhar , photo and video verification
Last otp not coming on the number.

Dear brothers
Never use a @Mobily1100 sim.
Because after 7 , 8 years they told you to pay money and told you that please provide the proof of payment.
Even you not use the postpaid sim.
But he force by third party to pay money.
Now i go to close all my mobily sim

And mobily platform showing no overdue bills .
What a terrible company and bad services
