But the Somalis weren’t an easy target… the result?

🔻 18 Delta soldiers killed including two of the top U.S. snipers
🔻 70 wounded
🔻 Two helicopters downed
🔻 And their bodies dragged through the streets of Mogadishu in one of America’s biggest military humiliations of the 20th century.

Since that day… they’ve never returned to Somalia.
