@MyNykaa Worst customer service, worst delivery. My products have been delayed for two weeks now and made complaints thrice but all in vain. Have been trying to call on the customer service no. but nothing really works.

There is no option on the platform to cancel my order and the items are in transit for the past week. It is in the same city as me but no delivery date is mentioned and no help has been provided yet. Nykaa is losing its credibility.

@RelianceDigital There is no proper communication, messages about the delivery or transit. Nobody calls even after me complaining so many times. They will just ask to wait for 72 hours everytime you call them. My first experience and I am never buying from Reliance Digital ever.

@RelianceDigital What a bad experience ordering online from Reliance Digital. My delivery date was Oct 11, 2021, and I haven't received my order yet. Have been calling them for three days in a row and each one of them only raises complaints and does nothing about it.
