Everything disappeared in a flash. People, old and young, ran wherever they could, trying to escape the raging and imminent death.

Schoolchildren ran som were still inside buses some running on the strret,as panic spread through the market. Shopkeepers and residents had little time to save anything. Houses, shops and vehicles were swept away, leaving behind mud, broken structures and scattered belongings everything floting like a paper boat.

For many, everything they had built and owned was gone in the blink of an eye. People ran for life, while tryingbto look back, watching helplessly, as the bustling market got buried completely.

You are heading to the gym, so you put on your activewear that you just washed.

But after working out for just 5 minutes, you smell a stench coming from your underarm. You are confused because you literally just washed the wear, so it should be clean.

Let me explain what happened there.

Armpit sweat contains proteins that bacteria naturally living on the skin love. During a workout, those bacteria transfer directly to your clothes.

​Standard laundry detergent and water don't always kill these stubborn bacteria. They simply wash away the surface sweat and force the bacteria into a dormant state inside the clothes.

So the moment you start working out again, your body heat and fresh sweat wake up those dormant bacteria. Combined with new bacteria attracted to the fresh sweat, they immediately start feeding and breaking it down which releases that stale odour.

Deodorants and antiperspirants work directly on your skin, but they do nothing for trapped bacteria in clothes. And during intense gym workouts, no amount of antiperspirant actually stops sweat completely.

The real solution is to eliminate the bacteria transferred by sweat and trapped inside the fabric.
