Difference: 581 marks . Rank difference: 224,083.

584 marks ~ general category ~ in NEET PG and you’re rejected. 4 marks and you’re through.

And yet… the government rejects a hardworking, top-scoring Gen student and pushes through someone who scored 4 marks.

The TRUTH must come out.
This is not a story of an “Innocent Patient versus a heartless doctor.”
This case involves a habitual offender, against whom multiple FIRs and criminal cases are already registered.
👉 Upon arriving at the hospital, he acted in line with his criminal mindset and demanded VIP treatment and special privileges.
👉 The doctor responded professionally and in accordance with government hospital protocols.
👉 This refusal bruised the patient’s ego, following which he used obscene and abusive language against the doctor’s parents.
👉 The situation escalated when he attempted physical assault with an iron rod.
👉 The doctor acted solely in self-defense.
Subsequently, certain media outlets deliberately cropped and selectively edited the video, portraying the offender as a “poor and helpless victim”
clearly aimed at gaining political advantage and creating instability within the system.
★ Government hospitals are centers of service, not platforms for criminal entitlement.
★ Doctors are here to treat patients, not to be assaulted.
★ Distorting facts is not journalism -it is propaganda.

The government spends nearly ₹35 lakh to train one doctor.
It also spends heavily on producing IITians, IAS officers, and other professionals.
So why is it expected that only doctors must “owe” society and not others?

Doctors are often treated as bonded labor:
★Mandatory rural service for 1–2 years
★Lowest pay compared to workload and responsibility
★Poor infrastructure and lack of basic safety
If service to the nation is the goal, then why the inequality?

Key questions that deserve honest answers:
★Why are interns and junior residents paid peanuts despite long hours and high-risk work?
★Why are residents forced into 36-hour continuous shifts?
★Why is there no uniform stipend across states?
★Why no job security, no proper protection, no workplace safety?
This is not about refusing service to society.

Doctors have always served ,even during pandemics, disasters, and crises.
But respect, fair pay, humane working hours, and safety are not privileges ,They are rights.

A strong healthcare system cannot be built by exploiting its backbone.

Today, without hearing his side, the same doctor is being branded “mentally unfit” and facing calls for termination.
