As per CAQM, GRAP-4 should be invoked if the AQI crosses 450+ in Delhi NCR. The AQI currently crossing 750+ at many places.

But this is year, the Delhi Govt is not announcing it?

Do you know why?

They want to beat their chest that in last 10 year, this is the first time GRAP-4 is not evoked in Delhi NCR. They also do not want to hurt the voters in Bihar by stopping construction activities.

For the fake political upmanship and chest thumping, the Delhi BJP Govt is putting life of million at risk. The government is your biggest enemy.

Their lungs will never fully grow.
Adults are developing chronic breathlessness and inflammation.
Elders are struggling for every breath.

This air is affecting the lungs, heart, brain, immunity, hormones, and cognitive health of millions across all age groups.

This is not a seasonal or environmental issue.
This is a Public Health Emergency.

As a concerned Indian citizen,
I have filed a PIL in the Supreme Court of India appealing for Clean Air as a Fundamental Right to Life. 

This is for our children and their future,
for our elders,
for families who are watching their loved ones get sicker every day,
for the newborns and the babies yet to be born.

We all deserve the right to clean air, clean food, and clean water,
the very basics of life and dignity.

We hold faith and trust in the Supreme Court of India
to guide us forward
for the health, protection, and future of every citizen.
