I feel like it’s must read for any designer in the industry right now.
It's for these reasons that I support an accreditation process for designers beyond degree programs in higher education.
Certifications are great, but for more accountability, I think the industry needs a governing body that formally recognizes design practitioners.

I believe that referencing industry standards and heuristics is an essential practice for designers.
The products we create have a huge influence on human behavior, and to not have sound theory and/or principles to support our design decisions is irresponsible.
