The Ambassador formally handed the Governor a letter of invitation to the 2026 Paris International Agricultural Show @Salondelagri, an opportunity for Kano State to promote itself as a center for agricultural production, processing and trade.

The Ambassador and his delegation then visited the Garko Market construction site, where work is underway to improve market infrastructure for the thousands of people who come there every week to sell their agricultural products.

On November 24, the French Ambassador to Nigeria Marc Fonbaustier paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Kano State, @Kyusufabba. They discussed ongoing @AFD_France projects in Kano State, in the areas of urban water as well as roads and agricultural markets.

To foster multi-sectorial collaboration for a stronger, more resilient healthcare value chain in Nigeria, the @PVAC_NG recently received Agence Française de Développement @AFD_France and their technical partner Expertise France @expertisefrance

The visitors shared updates on their Technical Assistance Program in Nigeria, which supports universal health coverage, improved health governance, human resources for health, and better access to medicines.
